Error description

• Tivoli Storage Manager client can report following error during
  backup operation:
  
  ANS9999E ntrc.cpp(765): Received Win32 RC 4392
  (0x00001128) from GetBackupStreamSize():uc_CreateFile. Error
  description:
  The data present in the reparse point buffer is invalid.
  
  This can happen if a directory is a reparse point, for example a
  symbolic link, where Tivoli Storage Manager client should
  specify the FILE_FLAG_OPEN_REPARSE_POINT with CreateFile()
  method. This is a Microsoft requirement as described in the
  following MSDN document:
