Error description
If a non-admin user attempts to run the Java GUI *without* belonging to Backup Operators group and without the appropriate rights set for that group, then the Java GUI appears to start and then fails with two error messages. "Unknown system error. Please check the TSM Error Log for any additional information" and then: "ANS5179E TSM is unable to continue. Exiting program" There is no error text in dsmerror.log or dsmj.log recorded despite the error message indicating so, thus the first error is misleading. Appropriate rights needed are: 'Manage auditing and security logs', 'Backup files and directories' and 'Restore files and directories'.
