    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    This APAR adds functionality to the dmpmqcfg command and also
    fixes some existing defects.

    Here is an overview of what has changed:

    1. It is now possible to dump the profile for an object that
    does not exist but has an authority defined via setmqaut. For
    example:

    Define an authority profile for an object that does not exist in
    the system:

    setmqaut -m QMGR -t queue -n Q.NOT.YET.DEFINED -p username +put
    +get

    "dmpmqcfg -m QMGR -x authrec" will now display the authority
    record defined above, e.g.

    SET AUTHREC +
       PROFILE('Q.NOT.YET.DEFINED') +
       PRINCIPAL('user@domain') +
       OBJTYPE(QUEUE) +
       AUTHADD(GET,PUT

    2. In 1line mode, dmpmqcfg would produce invalid output by
    commenting immutable fields, for example:

    DEFINE SERVICE('SYSTEM.DEFAULT.SERVICE') *ALTDATE(2014-02-10)
    *ALTTIME(10.33.52) REPLACE

    The commented fields would cause a syntax error to be produced
    if the command was used in runmqsc.

    This has been fixed so that immutable attributes are not
    included in 1line output, e.g.

    DEFINE SERVICE('SYSTEM.DEFAULT.SERVICE') REPLACE

    3. SupportPac MS03 allowed a "2line" mode to be used. Equivalent
    functionality has been provided in dmpmqcfg, for example:

    DEFINE SERVICE('SYSTEM.DEFAULT.SERVICE') REPLACE
    * DEFINE SERVICE('SYSTEM.DEFAULT.SERVICE') ALTDATE(2014-02-07)
    ALTTIME(10.19.30) REPLACE

    This is a combination of 1line mode, plus a commented line
    showing the full command including immutable fields.

    4. dmpmqcfg -m QMGR -t clntconn now returns client object
    definitions, for example

    DEFINE CHANNEL('SYSTEM.DEF.CLNTCONN') +
       CHLTYPE(CLNTCONN) +
    * ALTDATE(2014-02-07) +
    * ALTTIME(10.19.30) +
       TRPTYPE(TCP) +
       REPLACE
