Error description

Local fix

Problem summary

  • This issue occurred because the customer had a system running in
Enhanced mode and using extensions but switched the controller
back to Classic mode. Their back-out process did not include
removing any Enhanced only mode configuration. In this case,
the controller/terminal had the terminal side configured as an
Enhanced system but the controller side was formatted to run in
    Classic mode.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was changed to define a new event number E061 when the
configured controller preload is not supported. This is caused
when extensions are preloaded to a controller running in Classic
Mode or if any of the extension properties are not valid.
