• Closed as documentation error.

Error description

• First, U010 lists codes A-F for a controller but they are the
  same for a terminal so we need to state this fact.
  .
  Second, running ADXNSZAL.386 may not be enough.  The utility may
  decide not to rebuild the bundles.  The user should be
  instructed to run "ADXNSZAL -force" on each controller.
  .
  Finally, the user should be instructed to also send in a Module
  Level Report with integrity against 4690 OS and send in the
  output file with the ADXNSZAL.LOG file if they continue to have
  problems.
