Error description
Store 54 (745 pilot store) reported that they found the touch screen hung on a 745 terminal. Terminal 92 had the #1 box on the keypad on the touch screen highlighted and the cursor there and the touch screen was unresponsive. I dumped the terminal and two dumps were listed as received (one on each controller) so I sent them both in.
Local fix
Problem summary
Operator perceives the touch as unresponsive. This condition manifest when at the console driver level a secondary display mutex is grabbed but never released, which is caused by a flag bit that is accidentally cleared by the mouse ISR.
Problem conclusion
The mouse ISR should respect the flag bits set the by the console mouse ASR, and that it relies on for the appropriate handling of events. It should only set those flag bits that it needs and leave the others unchanged.
Temporary fix
