error.
The following will be logged in the Java console:
java.lang.NullPointerException
at Snow.pd.<init>(Unknown Source)
com.ibm.mm.viewer.CMBDocumentEngineException: Exception occured
in RasterMaster toolkit, see error log for details.

Problem conclusion

  • The document engine used by Java Viewer Toolkit has been fixed
to render the PDF document created by Nitro PDF Professional.
