Error description

• Symptom: RM Volume offline function not match with
  inforcenter's description.
  While RM Volume set "offline", was still able to retrieve the
  document. But the inforcenter said that while RM Volume set
  "offline" can not retrieve the document.

  Problem reproduction steps:
  1. using eclient to import an item into NOINDEX
  2. logon to sysadmin by using icmadmin
  3. Resource Managers->rmdb->Storage Systems->File System
  Volumes->C-Drive, right click, select 'Properties', select
  'Offline'
  4. using eclient to retrieve the step1 item, successful.

Problem conclusion

• This problem is fixed in DB2 Content Manager Version 8.4.3.
