Error description
Symptom: RM Volume offline function not match with inforcenter's description. While RM Volume set "offline", was still able to retrieve the document. Resource Managers->rmdb->Storage Systems->File System Volumes->C-Drive, right click, select 'Properties', select 'Offline' 4. using eclient to retrieve the step1 item, successful. Workaround: N/A
