IO12978: PASSING WC_PASSWORD INTO URL TO OPEN WEBI VIEWER FAILS IN ERROR

Error description

• When running this kind of URL from a custom user program:
  http://serveraddress/wccommonservices/launch.jsp?wc_server=hostn
  ame&wc_template=TemplateName&wc_criteria=[["Criteria1","Equal","
  xx"]]&wc_layout=LayoutName&wc_action=search&wc_userid=XXXX&wc_pa
  ssword=Password
  fails with error:
       Impossible to make the search
       Details: Run again your search. If problem persists, close
       your WEB browser and connect again.
       If WEB browser closing doesn't solve problem, ask your
       system administrator to look into the IBM WEBi logs for
       problems linked to the application server, or restart the
       server.

  Expecting result is to get the result of the search function
  with bypass of the logon screen.

  Passing the same URL without wc_password parameter, shows the
  logon screen with field userid prefilled.

Problem summary

• The URL to open IBM WEBi from a custom application does not
  produce search results when the URL contains a search action,
  user ID, and password. The issue occurs when the search action
  is processed before the user ID and password.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in WEBi 1.0.4 Fix Pack 3.
  In IBM WEBi Version 1.0.4 Fix Pack 3, the parameters in the URL
  to open IBM WEBi are processed in the correct order.
