Error description

  • Unable to import binding 'CMBGenericWebServiceSoapBinding' from
namespace 'http://was60.webservices.mm.ibm.com'.

Local fix

  • The customer gets Unable to import binding
'CMBGenericWebServiceSoapBinding' from
namespace 'http://was60.webservices.mm.ibm.com'. while using the
cmbgenericwebservices.

Problem summary

  • APAR Description:
The user is unable to import binding
'CMBGenericWebServiceSoapBinding' from namespace
'http://was60.webservices.mm.ibm.com'.

Problem conclusion

  • The import statement was modified to avoid problems with certain
WSDL tools. With the fix, the user is able to import binding
'CMBGenericWebServiceSoapBinding' from namespace
'http://was60.webservices.mm.ibm.com'. IBM DB2 Content Manager
V8.4 did not need to be fixed.
