Error description
Customer migrated from EIP 7.1 to II4C 8.3 and he has 200,000 tiff docs with JBIG compression. Now he is not able to view those scanned tiff's with II4C 8.3 java viewer but the same he was able to view in EIP v7 viewer.

Problem summary
Opening a TIF document and the pages are completely black. This has been fixed in CM83 FP8 and CM84 FP1.
Problem conclusion
JBIG compressed pages in TIF are displayed correctly.
