some TIFF files are unviewable using the viewer applet - the contents of these files are displayed as black lines instead of legible user data. the same TIFFs however display in : - Windows Picture and Fax viewer (displays correctly), - Paint (stretched horizontally), - Notes File Viewer (stretched horizontally), - Microsoft Photo Editor (stretched horizontally) - GIMP (stretched horizontally) - V7 viewer (stretched horizontally) but not in - ICMViewer.exe (pClient viewer) - or Viewer applet

Problem summary
TIF document is unreadable in eClient applet viewer as it is mostly a black background with streaks of white. This has been fixed in CM83 FP8 and CM84 FP1.
Problem conclusion
Conversion engine has been fixed to render the TIF document correctly.
