Local fix

Problem summary

• Applications using the Linux EPoll selector may intermittently
  encounter a java.io.IOException with an "Invalid argument"
  message during I/O event processing. The failure typically
  occurs after periods of application inactivity and can interrupt
  normal selector operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix updates the native EPoll.wait() implementation to
  recover from transient EINVAL errors returned by epoll_wait().
  Instead of immediately reporting an IOException, the operation
  is retried once with the remaining timeout. This prevents
  intermittent failures while maintaining the existing error
  handling behavior for persistent errors.
