Local fix

Problem summary

• The OpenJ9 JVM fails due to an assertion failure cased by when
  the SCC (Shared Class Cache) disableBCI option is used. The
  problem is caused due to incorrect parameters being used to
  share the class. EnableBCI option is unaffected.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated so that intermediateClassData does
  point inside the SCC region.
