    * ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    *   System memory consumption can be high in kernel heap due
    *   to a memory leak. It can be identified with the following
    *   stack trace:
    *          7528EC .vm_wseg_vmap_16m_alloc+000028
    *           756CE8 .vm_16m_mpss_init@AF215_1+000084
    *           755608 .vms_create_com+0004E4
    *   One can see huge number of pending allocations from the
    *   function .vm_wseg_vmap_16m_alloc+000028

    * RECOMMENDATION:
    * Install APAR IJ57234.
    * Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
    * either
    * ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/ij56896/

    * The ifix can be installed using Live Update (LU).
