Local fix

• The issue only happens when Java is processing Java heap OOM
  error.  So the issue will be worked around if the Java heap OOM
  error is resolved.
  

Problem summary

• The problem was caused because a JNI local reference was created
  for a Java object which had been collected while processing a
  Java heap OOM error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated so that the bad JNI local reference was
  not created.
