Local fix

• Use JVM option -Xgc:disableEstimateFragmentation to workaround
  the issue.

Problem summary

• The problem can occur during the collection of fragmentation GC
  statistics using OS logf API.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to reduce the dependency on the OS API
  logf().
