Error description
In some cases where rootvg's factor is not default, you may see this chvg error: OLVUPD 01/31/2023-12:13:38.271 DEBUG lvupdt.c - 1881 - lvup_doForkCmdEnv: '/usr/ bin/sh -c /usr/sbin/chvg -t 8 rootvg' stderr and live update logs: 0516-1187 chvg: Volume group not changed. Either the volume group rootvg has the specified factor value or is at proper maximum physical partitions per physical volume limit already. 0516-732 chvg: Unable to change volume group rootvg. The error is cosmetic and happens during LKU cleanup. This error is not a cause of failure, but a side effect after LKU has already failed.

Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Attempt to restore the vg factor only if it was modified in the first place.
