Problem summary

• system crash may happen if a file with acl attributes under
  JFS2 gets deleted.
  

Problem conclusion

• To prevent the crash, if inconsistency is detected in the
  internal data-structures of inode, mark the inode as
  corrupt and accordingly mark the filesystem for repair.
