Local fix

Problem summary

• Launching the security discovery editor perspective brings up
  the CICS Explorer Security Discovery cheat sheet which contains
  outdated information.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CICS Explorer Security Discovery cheat sheet has been
  removed as it is no longer needed.  This means that outdated
  data is no longer being shown.
  
  This fix will be made available in Version 5.5.43 (33.0.14
  and 34.0.3) of the CICS Explorer.
