Problem summary

• A NullPointerException occurs while performing operations on a
  secret key object which was constructed by reading a serialized
  secret key object from a file using
  IBMJCE/IBMJCEPlus/IBMJCEPlusFIPS providers.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBMJCE, IBMJCEPlus and IBMJCEPlusFIPS was updated to handle the
  null algorithm name.
  A fix is made to: ibmjceprovider.jar and
  ibmjceplus.jar(fips140-2 and fips140-3)
