  Benefits of the solution:
  To be able to test these directly to qualify a new kernel,
  introduce a wayto invoke the killInflight call directly on the
  mount when thereare inflight messages.
  
  Work Around:
  None
  
  Problem trigger:
  Home site timing out causing AFM for the need to killInflightand
  when the inflight messages can't be killed, it leads tothe
  invoked command being stuck.
