Local fix

Problem summary

  • The production slowdown is caused by threads becoming stuck in
the KeepAliveCache while waiting for the Keep-Alive-Timer to
close connections. This prevents threads from being reused for
new requests, leading to a backlog. As a result, system
performance is significantly impacted, causing delays in
    processing.
