IJ52123: SMBC MAY FAIL TO COPY SOME FILE DATA

Error description

• When oplocks and file leasing are enabled in smbc,
  it may be possible for part of a file to not be
  copied, even though the copy operation itself does
  not return an error.
  
  This can occur if the SMB server returns an
  asynchronous STATUS_PENDING response to smbc during
  the file copy.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Files copied to smb share will have less sizes than the
  original file, basically incomplete file copies to smb share
  might happen with files whose sizes are >40MB.
