Local fix

• Delete the snap.pax.gz manually.
  

Problem summary

• SNAP -R IN AIX 7.3 OR VIOS 4.1.X DOES NOT CLEAR SNAP.PAX.GZ
  snap -r fails to clean the compressed snap.pax.gz in AIX 7.3
  from both /home/padmin and /tmp/ibmsupt.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the snap code to work correctly for the snap -r
  command.
