Error description

  • PROBLEM: Screen hangs when adding a meter in Asset Templates
    application
    
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1. Go to Meter Groups application
    Create a meter group with more than 30 meters. (TESTMG1)
    Save
    
    2. Go to Asset Templates application
    Create an asset template (TAT02)
    Click Meters Tab
    Set Meter group: TESTMG1 (created in step 1)
    Save
    
    3. Click List Tab
    Find TAT02 and select.
    
    
    4. Click Meters Tab
    Click New Row
    In Meter field, Click select value.
    Select Value window opens.
    Try to select a meter.
    
    
    RESULT: Screen hangs (Cannot do anything)
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: A meter should be selected (no hang)
    
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3
    
    
    AFFECTED APPLICATION (for Maximo Only): Asset Templates
    application.

    When adding a new meter to the asset template record (that
    already have a meter group), the screen hangs.
    

Problem conclusion
