IJ51331: A RESERVATION IS CREATED FOR A CONDITION ENABLED ITEM THAT HAS NO INVENTORY BALANCE AGAINST ITS CONDITION CODE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Adding a condition enabled item after WO Approval and using a
  condition code not defined in inventory balance, then prompts
  user with correct system message but still creates reservation
  which is incorrect behavior
  
  Replication Steps:
  Go to Organizations-> Inventory Options->Inventory Defaults->
  Enable Automatically create usage documents for new
  reservations?
  Create WO and enter Location
  Save the work order record
  Approve the work order
  Go to the PLans tab, Materials sub-tab and click New Row button
  Item=LN7023, Storeroom=CENTRAL, Condition Code=USED
  NOTE: the item being referenced has, in Inventory application,
  balances only on NEW and REBUILT condition code.
  Save the work order.
  
  RESULT: the following system message is presented
  BMXAA1894E - No balance exists for this item/storeroom/bin
  combination.
  
  Click ok on the message prompt
  Click Save again on the work order record without refresh.
  The work order is saved as evidenced by the system message
  Now go to Inventory-> Add/Modify Reservations->Filter work order
  number with this Item
  
  RESULT:
  Reservation got created with a condition code which does not
  have inventory balance
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  No reservation should have been created
  .
