IJ51328: Unable To Have More Than 1012 Columns On A DB2 11.5 Table

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  In Maximo 7.6.1.0 using a DB2 database, attempting to add more
  than 1012 columns to the TICKET object results in an error
  message in the UI: 'BMXAA0028E - Your security privileges do not
  allow access to the selected option. If you require access to
  this option, contact your system administrator.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  -Login to Maximo.
  -Proceed with adding 1012 columns to the TICKET Object
  -Attempt to add the 1013th column.
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  System shows the error as "BMXAA0028E - Your security privileges
  do not allow access to the selected option. If you require
  access to this option, contact your system administrator."
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Maximo should permit the creation of a new column beyond the
  1012th column without displaying any error messages.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.0
  
  Note : Issue is reproducible with DB2 database.
