Local fix

• Disable the shared classes cache by removing the -Xshareclasses
  option from the command line.
  

Problem summary

• The problem occurs when a JAR file contains a JarIndex, and the
  application is reliant on that JarIndex to locate required
  classes. The JarIndex was not being searched when the shared
  classes cache was enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been addressed in Semeru pull request 331:

  If necessary, the previous behaviour can be restored by setting
  the following system property:
  com.ibm.oti.shared.disableJarIndex=true
  .
