Error description
When the Required Date on the work order Plans tab-Materials sub-tab is modified the first time, the item in Inventory -Reservation Date Does not get updated Steps to replicate: Pre-requisite steps to actual steps that replicate the issue: Go to Organizations-> EAGLENA-> More Actions; Work Order Options-> Edit Rules ; Enable all the options for APPR status; Save 1) Go to Work Order Tracking (Tr) application. 2) Create new Work Order, note WONUM 3) Go to Plans Tab -> Add a new task 4) Under Materials sub-tab, add an item=Z-RAGS, Storeroom=CENTRAL 5) Maximo will take current system date as Required Date 6) Change the Status of work order to APPR 7) Go to Inventory application and recall the item=Z-RAGS 8) Select Add/Modify Reservation action from left-hand navigation panel 9) In the resulting dialog box filter for the WONUM created above 10) Verify the Required Date on reservation is as per the workorder planned material Required Date. 11) Navigate back to the Work Order Tracking (Tr) -> Plans -> Materials sub-tab 12) click on the calendar widget of the Required Date field and select a date to a past date. 13) On save, system will throws a system message advising date cannot be in past 14) Choose Edit my value on the error pop up on REquired Date field and correct the date to future date. 15) Save the record. 16) The Required Date on work order Materials sub-tab will be updated, 17) Go to Inventory application and recall the item=Z-RAGS 18) Select Add/Modify Reservation action from left-hand navigation panel 19) In the resulting dialog box filter for the WONUM 20) Verify the Required Date on reservation is as per the workorder planned material Required Date RESULT: the date is not updated, it remains the previous date. This discrepancy in the inventory reservations dates is causing higher impact to business and the items are not being sent to site on time.
