APAR status

Error description

  • Problem
    When the  Accepts Charges field is not checked on the parent
    work order and the task work orders does have that field
    checked, if you are on the parent work order and want to add
    actuals against the task work order as soon as you click new row
    you receive the BMXAA4599E system message
    
    Steps To Reproduce
    1. Go To Work Order Tracking application
    2. Create new Work Order
    
    - Description: Test Planned Labor
    - 'Accepts Charges?': un-checked (set to No)
    - 'Inherit Status Changes?': checked (set to Yes)
    3. In Plans tab, create new Task
    - Task: 10
    - Description: Task 10
    - 'Accepts Charges' - checked (set to Yes)
    - 'Inherit Status Changes?': checked (set to Yes)
    4. Save the Work Order
    5. On Plans tab, Labor sub-tab, click New Row:
    - Populate Task: 10
    - Populate Craft field
    6. Save the Work Order
    7. Approve the Work Order (Validate Task is also approved)
    8. On the main work order (parent work order ), in Actuals tab,
    Labor sub-tab, click 'Select Planned Labor'
    9. Select the value for task 10, click OK
    
    
    
    Results
    
    You receive system message " BMXAA4599E - Actual financial
    transactions cannot be reported because the Accepts Charges flag
    is set to No for workorder XXXXX."
    
    XXXX value is the parent work order
    
    Expected Results:
    Planned labor should be added without issues, the task has
    'Accepts Charges' flag set to Yes
