Inventory ABC Transaction Date Analysis Report grand total is
not correct
Steps to duplicate.
Run the Inventory ABC Transaction Date Analysis Report, using
Storeoom = Central, Site = Bedford. Leave the Start & End Dates
blank.
The report will display to the screen. Note Total at the bottom
of the report.
Export the report to XLS.
In EXCEL, calculate the total of the last column using a Sum
formula.
You should notice that the report total and the Sum field do not
agree.

Local fix

  • Export the report to Excel and create sum fields in the
spreadseet.
