  .Click in Create Form button
  .Name: INSP001
  .Type: INSPECTION
  .Click Add Question button
  .Add a Single Choice question as question 1
  .Question: TEST
  .Description: QUESTION 1
  .Options 1: YES
  .Options 2: NO
  
  .Add Text response question as question 2
  .Description: QUESTION 2
  .Click in Done
  .Click in Save
  .Click in Preview button
  
  RESULTS: Maximo is not showing the questions in the right
  sequence.
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  User expects to see questions in the sequence they are created
  in Manage Inspection form application.
