Error description

  • PROBLEM:

System is allowing Physical Counting on OBSOLETE Item

PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N/A

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1.  Create a new count book for site bedford and central
storeroom
2. Set selection type to all and ensure the count book is
approved or in progress
3. Open the inventory counting role based application and load
the count book.
4.  Search for a pending or obsolete item ( e.g N27815)
5.  Perform the count and save.

CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:

You can see the count has been saved to Maximo and can confirm
via the line on the count book.

If you attempt to perform a count on this same item in the core
Maximo inventory application it will not let you.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Mobile should not allow OBSOLETE items to be counted.
