Error description

• Problem
  You are not able to complete an Internal PO if there has been a
  partial transfer against the Inventory usage record with an
  Usage type of Mixed
  
  
  Steps To Reproduce
  
  Make sure that Automatically create usage documents for new
  reservations? is unchecked in the Organizations application >
  Inventory Defaults
  
  Go to Purchase Orders application
  Create a new purchase order
  Check the Internal field
  Populate Storeroom field = Central
  Click on PO Lines tab
  Click new row
  Populate Item field = PUMP100
  Populate Quantity field = 2.00
  Populate Storeroom field = Garage
  Change the status to APPR
  Take note of the ponum
  
  Go to Inventory Usage application
  Create a new usage record
  Populate Usage Type field = Mixed
  Populate From Storeroom field = Central
  Click on Select Reserved Items
  Filter for you purchase order number
  Select the row and click OK
  Change status to Complete
  Change Quantity to 1
  Click on Auto Split
  Rotating asset field is auto populated or you can select a
  different rotating asset
  Click OK
  Create a new usage record
  
  Populate Usage Type field = Mixed
  Populate From Storeroom field = Central
  Click on Select Reserved Items
  Filter for you purchase order number
  
  
  Results
  No rows are returned even though there is an outstanding
  reservation as we only transferred 1 rotating asset
  
  Expected Results
  You should be able to transfer both with usage type of Mixed as
  it allows you to transfer the first time with a usage type of
  Mixed
