APAR status

Error description

  • While working in Maximo Mobile in an environment with Maximo for
    Transportation a Bad Gateway error is displayed.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    On web interface:
    1. Login to the Maximo environment as wilson
    2. Work Orders | Role Based Applications | Technician
    3. Let the application load
    
    On Mobile Device:
    1. Login to the Mobile application as wilson
    2. Wait for supporting data to start downloading
    RESULT:
    A bad gateway error occurs, and the server console shows the
    following error - BMXAA4199E - The remote object of the server
    cannot be accessed. A network error has occured. Contact the
    network administrator to correct the network error and restart
    the server. at psdi.plust.app.workorder.PlusTWO.initFieldFlagsO
    nMbo(PlusTWO.java:193)
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The Technician application should load successfully.
