IJ46918: TSMODEL EXPIRYINTMIN AND DB2ENTRY DEFINITION NOT SHOWN IN CONFIG MANAGER PERSPECTIVE

Error description

• In CICS Explorer the CICS Configuration Manager Perspective
  does not show TSModel ExpiryintMin attribute and DB2Entry
  definitions.

  Also, under the Db2 Entry Definitions tab, the following error
  was seen, although the connection was active ok.
  CNX0220E A connection error has occurred: Maybe incomplete:
           Attribute not found in table
  Then at the bottom of this screen was the error message:
  CNX0624E: Get Db2 Entry Definition from "@xxxxxxx" failed

Local fix

Problem summary

• - Whilst connected to a CICS Configuration Manager host and in
  the CICS Configuration Manager plug-in perspective, when an
  appropriate TSMODEL definition model view is opened, the view
  does not contain the TSModel ExpiryintMin attribute.  When the
  customize columns wizard is opened, the Expiryintmin is not
  selectable.  The field is available within the CICS
  Configuration Manager plug-in but has not been enabled.
  - When connecting to a CICS Configuration Manager host on CICS
  Transaction Server 5.6 or earlier and clicking on the DB2Entry
  Definition view, the CICS Explorer Connection gives an inactive
  error message: CNX0220E A connection error has occurred: Maybe
  incomplete: Attribute not found in table.  At the bottom of the
  screen, the error message: CNX0624E: Get Db2 Entry Definition
  from "@xxxxxxx" failed is also shown.
  

Problem conclusion

• - The TSModel ExpiryintMin attribute has now been enabled within
   the CICS Configuration Manager plug-in.
  - When a user triggers a request for DB2ENTRY data, the data is
  now displayed in the DB2ENTRY definition view.

  This fix will be made available in Version 5.4.0.13 of the CICS
  Configuration Manager plug-in for CICS Explorer.
