APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In Work Order Tracking application whenever WPLABOR is entered,
    the system updates the Schedule Finish Date same as Schedule
    Start Date
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1.	Open the Work Order Tracking application and the details for
    a work order with WAPPR status
    2.	Check if Scheduled Start and Scheduled Finish dates are
    filled in. In not select some dates, for Scheduled Finish select
    a future date, not the current date.
    3.	Click on Plans tab
    4.	In sub-tab Labor click New Row:
    a.	Select a Labor
    b.	Effort Hours: 2
    c.	Click Save
    5.	Click on tab Work Order  the Scheduled Finish Date was
    updated and it is now the same as Scheduled Start date
    RESULT:
    The Scheduled Finish became the same as Scheduled Start date.
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The Scheduled Finish should remain unchanged.

    Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
