Error description

• User is getting the following error while try to complete an
  inventory usage after apply Transportation 7.6.2.6 IF014.
  
  BMXAA7094E - The entered value XXX XXX is not valid. Enter a
  valid integer value.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
  1) Go to Default Information and set the Locale to "fr_FR". Sign
  out and sign back in.
  
  2) Go to Organizations (Tr) application and bring up EAGLENA.
  Go to More Actions > Inventory Options > Inventory Defaults, and
  make sure to select the option "Automatically create usage
  documents for new reservations?".
  
  3) Go to Work Order Tracking (Tr) application and create a new
  record (e.g.: WO_1).
  In Asset, select 12610.
  Go to Plans tab, Materials sub-tab, and click new row. Item:
  G-1000, Quantity: 1, Storeroom: CENTRAL.
  Save and change status to Approved.
  
  4) Go to Inventory Usage (Tr) application.
  Find the inventory usage record generated for the work order
  (i.e.: Description: Created for WO - WO_1.).
  Change status to Complete.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  BMXAA7094E - The entered value XXX XXX is not valid. Enter a
  valid integer value.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  Change inventory usage status to Complete.
