IJ45433: OPTION CLEAR MATERIAL RESERVATION WHEN WO STATUS CHANGES = TO COMPLETED' DOESN'T WORK

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The Material/Tool reservation is maintained when the WO status
  is changed to COMP even though you have Clear Material
  Reservation When WO Status Changes = To Completed in
  Organizations application / Work Order Options / Other
  Organization Options. 
   
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
  - In Organizations application, select the relevant ORG and go
  to Work Order Options / Other Organization Options. 
  - Set it to: Clear Material Reservation When WO Status Changes
  = TO COMPLETED
  - In Work Order Tracking application, create a new WO for an
  Asset.
  - in Plans tab, add a new Tool with Tool Hours.
  - Set Reservation Required? = checked.
  - These fields get populated automatically: Storeroom , Site,
  Reservation Type = Automatic and Required Date = sysdate
  - Approve the WO.
  - Run this SQL query:  select * from invreserve where wonum =
  <myWO>
  - It shows one row for this WO.
  - Change WO status to COMP (completed).
  - Run this SQL query:  select * from invreserve where wonum =
  <myWO>
  - It still shows one row for this WO.
  - Change the WO status to CLOSE.
  - Run this SQL query:  select * from invreserve where wonum =
  <myWO>
  - It still shows one row for this WO. 
   
  RESULTS: 
  This is incorrect behaviour: the Material/Tool reservation
  should have been cleared when the WO status was changed to COMP.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The Clear Material Reservation When WO Status Changes option
  should work for the TO COMPLETED criteria, like it does for the
  TO CLOSED criteria.
