Error description

  • Problem Description
    Users are experiencing a behavior in work order application
    while clicking to generate a follow up work order, then decided
    to cancel it or clicked by mistake to generate a follow up work
    order but Maximo selected the "Has Follow Up Work" flag even if
    the record has not been created.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    Make sure you have the Repair Facilities enabled in
    Organization app in your system.
    
    
    .GO TO >> ADMINISTRATION >> ORGANIZATION
    .Bring up EAGLENA
    .MORE ACTIONS >> WORK ORDER OPTIONS >> OTHER ORGANIZATION
    OPTIONS
    .Make sure to check the option "Enable Repair Facilities?"
    
    
    .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
    .Bring up any work order in INPRG status, It's not a task and
    "Has Follow-up Work?" attribute unchecked (ie 2004 - maxdemo
    record)
    .MORE ACTIONS >> CREATE >> WORK ORDER
    .Maximo shows the "Create Work Order" dialog
    .Click in Cancel
    
    RESULTS: "Has Follow-up Work?" flag is selected
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:   While clicking in cancel button user expects
    that Maximo does not select the option "Has Follow-up Work?"
