IJ41627: NOT GETTING THE EXPECTED ERROR BMXAA3113E IN ASSIGNMENT MANAGER IF CALENDAR DOES NOT HAVE ANY SHIFT

Error description

• PROBLEM: Not getting the expected error BMXAA3113E in
  Assignment Manager if calendar does not have any shift
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  1. Go to Calendars application
  Create a calendar (TESTCAL1)
  Set start date: 01/01/22
  Set end date: 31/12/22
  Save
  
  2. Click More Actions - Define/Apply shifts
  Create a new shift (TSTSHIFT)
  Set start day: SUNDAY
  Set Days in Pattern: 7
  Click Define Pattern
  Set Start Time: 8:00 AM
  Set End Time: 3:PM
  Set Work Hours: 7
  * Make sure: Do not apply the shift (TSTSHIFT) to
  calendar(TESTCAL1)
  
  3. Go to Labor application
  Create a labor (TESTLAB2)
  Set Calendar: TESTCAL1
  Set Shift: TSTSHIFT
  In Crafts tab, Add ELECT
  Save
  
  4. Go to Work Order Tracking application
  Create a Work Order (TSTWO1)
  Set Target Start Date: 08/08/2022
  Set Duration: 7
  In Plans/Labor Tab, Add a Craft (ELECT) with 7 hrs
  Save
  
  5. Go to Assignment Manager application
  Find TSTWO1 in Work List
  Find TESTLAB2 in Labor List
  Select TSTWO1 and TESTLAB2
  
  6. Click Common Actions/Assign Labor
  
  RESULTS: No error
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Should get error "BMXAA3113E - The length of
  the work hours exceeds the range of the times provided"
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
