APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This issue was reported on NOI 1.6.3.2 and 1.6.4 on OCP. This
  issue does not seem to reproduce on-Prem, can reproduce this
  issue on OCP using an Aiops Evt Manager install.
  
  
  When using the default NASM example right-click tool listed
  here:

  The expectation is that the tool will switch to, and update the
  topology viewer tab with the node/resource from the event. If
  the topology viewer tab is already open, the tool does not
  consistently update the Topology Viewer tab with the Node from
  the Event Viewer.
  
  After clicking on the tool if you then switch to a different
  DASH tab, (for example back to the event-list) and then navigate
  back to the Topology Viewer tab, the correct updated resource
  from the Event Node is then shown. i.e. Switching DASH tab seems
  to push the Node information to the Topology Viewer tab.
  
  The context tool does occasionally push the node information to
  the Topology tab as expected on its own. (something like 1 out
  of 3 times).
  

Local fix

• This issue is fixed and the changes will be included in JazzSM
  1.1.3 FP16/DASH 3.1.3 FP16.
