Error description

• When assigning a work to a labor using Graphical Work Week the
  assignment is created to the day before. This is only happening
  if the Time Zone of user logged in is GMT+1 and higher.
  
  STEPS
  to REPRODUCE:
  Prerequisite:
  Set the user time zone to a
  GMT+1
  1. Go to Graphical Work Week and open a record
  2. Move to
  Graphical View
  3. Assign a work to Tuesday
  
  RESULT:
  The
  assignment will be created for Monday
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The
  assignment to be created for Tuesday
  
  ENVIRONMENT:
  Tivoli's
  process automation engine 7.6.1.2
