Error description

  • Problem Description:
In the Preventive Maintenance(Nuc) application, while generating
WOs from PM associated to Impact Plan, all the details are
    carried over from Impact Plans(Nuc) > Impact Plans(Nuc) >
Permits section to WO Tracking(Nuc) > Impact Plans tab >
Maintenance Impacts subtab > Permits section, except for the
    Permit Note field.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

    1. Go to Job Plans(Nuc) application.

    2. Create and activate 2 Job Plans, JP10 and JP10-1, associated
    to Template Type "Permit".

    3. Go to Classifications application.

    4. Bring up Classification "PUMP".

    5. In Use With section, add both IPPERMIT and PERMIT, and save.

    6. Go to Impact Plans(Nuc) application.

    7. Create a new Impact Plan record and take note of its number.

    8. Go to Maintenance Impacts tab > Permits section, click on New
Row button, enter the following info and save:
    Permit Type: HTWRK
    Permit Generation Mode: REQUEST
    Job Plan: JP10-1
    Location: ADDR2001
    Permit Note: Test Permit Note
    Classification: PUMP

    9. From More Actions menu, select Template Impact Plan Actions >
Change Maintenance Status, and change Maintenance Impact status
    to Approved.

    10. From More Actions menu, select Template Impact Plan Actions
    > Change Operational Status, and change Operational Impact
    status to Approved.

    11. Go to Preventive Maintenance(Nuc) application.

    12. Create a new PM record against any valid Location.

    13. Go to Job Plans Sequence tab, click on New Row button, and
    enter the following info:
    . Job Plan: JP10
    . Sequence: 1
. Select the option "Impact Plan Required?"
. Select the option "Impact Plan Manually Selected?"

    Note:
A question icon will appear next to "Impact Plan Manually
Selected?" checkbox. Click on that question icon, then reply Yes
to "If you activate the setting for manual selection of an
impact plan, you must manually specify an impact plan for use
with this job plan. If you do not specify an impact plan, the
system will not generate a working impact plan during PM work
order generation even if a suitable match is found. Do you want
    to continue?".

    14. In the Impact Plan field, click on Detail Menu > Select
    Value.

    15. From Select Value dialog, select the Impact Plan created
    above.

    16. Go to Frequency tab, set Frequency as 7 Days, and Estimated
Next Due Date as today's date.

    17. Save PM and change the status to ACTIVE.

    18. Generate a Work Order and take note of its WO number.

    19. Go to Work Order Tracking(Nuc) application.

    20. Bring up the WO generated above.

    21. With the WO record on the screen, go to Impact Plans tab >
Maintenance Impacts subtab > Permits section.

    22. In the Permits section, click on View Details.

    RESULTS:
The Permit Note field is empty. This is the issue.

    EXPECTED RESULTS:
Similar as the other fields, the Permit Note should be carried
over from the Permits section of the Impact Plan associated to
    the PM.
