IJ40333: INCORRECT AND MISSING MAINTENANCE TASK LIBRARY (MTL) INFORMATION IN THE OMP RECORD

Error description

• Description:
  Incorrect and missing Maintenance Task Library (MTL) information
  in the OMP record.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Scenario 1:
  
  1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin
  
  2. Go to Maintenance Task Library application and create a new
  record
  MTL: 1002
  Revision Date: 10th May 2022
  Organization: eagle
  
  3. Save the record
  
  4. More Actions ?> Import File ?> New File (AM_MTL_V1 (2).xls)
  
  5. Hit refresh button and click ok to come out of the dialog box
  
  
  6. In the MTL tab, scroll down to the Part Numbers tab
  You can see the Part Number XC-010-467-001 listed there
  
  7. Go to OMP Application and create an OMP record
  OMP: OMP1
  Operator: IBM
  Authority: FAA
  
  8. Go to Models tab ?> New Row ?> X-Copter
  
  9. Save the OMP record
  
  10. Go to Effectivity tab ?> Select Aircraft ?> XCOP001
  
  11. Switch back to the main OMP tab
  
  12. More Actions ?> Create Master Task Cards from MTL
  
  13. In the MTL field ?> app link to Maintenance Task Library
  application ?> 1002 ?> Change Status to Valid
  
  14. Click Return with Value to come back to the previous dialog
  box ?> Click ok on this dialog box
  
  15. Scroll down to Part numbers tab
  You can see the Part Number XC-010-467-001 listed there (same as
  we saw in MTL 1002) ?> THIS IS CORRECT
  
  16. Now change the status of the OMP record ?> Submitted for
  Approval
  
  17. Change status again to Active
  
  18. More Actions ?> Revise OMP record
  
  19. More Actions ?> Create Master Task Cards from MTL
  In the MTL field ?> app link to Maintenance Task Library
  application ?> Create a new MTL record
  MTL: 1004
  Revision Date: 10th May 2022
  Organization: eagle
  
  20. Save the record
  
  21. More Actions ?> Import File (AM_MTL_V2 (2).xls)
  
  22. Hit refresh button and click ok to come out of the dialog
  box
  
  23. In the MTL tab, scroll down to the Part Numbers tab
  You can see the Part Number XC-010-467-001 as well as Part
  Number XC-010-467-105 listed there.
  
  24. Change Status of this MTL record to Valid and then hit
  Return with Value to come back to the dialog box
  
  25. Click ok to come out of the dialog box
  
  26. Scroll down to Part numbers tab
  
  RESULT:
  THE OMP record still show only 1 Part Number
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  As we have revised the OMP record (in PNDREV status) and
  attached a different MTL (1004) which contains 2 Part numbers,
  this revised OMP record ?> Part number should list the 2 Part
  Numbers listed in MTL 1004.
  
  
  Scenario 2:
  
  1. Go to Maintenance Task Library ?> Create a new record
  MTL: 1005
  Revision Date: 10th May 2022
  Organization: eagle
  
  2. Save the record
  
  3. More Actions ?> Import File ?> New File (AM_MTL_V1 (3).xls)
  
  4. Hit refresh button and click ok to come out of the dialog box
  
  
  5. In the MTL tab, scroll down to the Crafts and Qualifications
  tab ?> Total Workload
  
  RESULT:
  The value is shown as 75:00
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The value should be shown as 0,45
  
  Note:
  Open the AM_MTL_V1 (3) file in excel
  Note column P data. It is 0,75 which should translate to 45 min
  when the data is imported in the MTL
