Error description

  • STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    
    When the server timezone does not match the Timezone of a user,
    the License Usage Detail History report returns a blank report.
    
    ENVIRONMENT: -

    AFFECTED APPLICATION : License Usage Detail History Report.
    

Local fix

  • Run the report as a user whose Timezone is that same as the
    server.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem is not applicable to Manage, but will be fixed in
