IJ39631: JSTACKTRACE SUB-OPTION OF XTRACE DOESN'T PRINT JAVA STACK WHILE DOING METHOD TRACE

• Add "-Xtrace:none=j9vm.682-683" JVM option.
  

Problem summary

• The problem started occuring from Java 8.0.7.5. If jstacktrace
  sub-option within Xtrace is used while doing a method trace, it
  does not produce a java stack for the method call although it
  does log method entry and exit messages.
  
  For example:
  -Xtrace:print=mt,trigger=method{*.methodName,jstacktrace}
  
  Using the above Xtrace option produces output with empty
  jstacktrace like below:

Problem conclusion

• The issue is the result of new tracepoints introduced to vm. The
  method trace trigger code has been updated to take care of the
  new trace points.
