  • ERROR DESCRIPTION:
    Some users do not have access to enable screen reader
    
    PROBLEM:
    
    Users without access to Users application cannot turn on Screen
    Reader with ease and privacy.
    A user that does not have access to the Users application is not
    able to select or deselect the Screen Reader option without
    exposing his/her disability.
    
    PERFORMANCE ISSUE:

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    Go to Users application
    A user that does not have access to the Users application is not
    able to select or deselect the Screen Reader option without
    exposing his/her disability.
    
    CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
    Screen reader option not accessible.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Screen reader option accessible for users that don't have access
    to User application.
