IJ39543: INSPECTION ON RECEIPT CHECKED AT THE PO (CM) LEVEL WILL CREATE UNLIMITED NEW ASSET ASSEMBLIES (CM), BUT WORKS FINE AT ITEM LEVEL

Error description

• Description:
  
  When the "Inspection on receipt" checkbox is checked at the
  Purchase Order (PO)
  level, users can create unlimited new assets.
  But when the "Inspection on receipt" is checked at the
  configuration-managed (CM) Item
  level, everything works as expected.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  ===================
  1. Login to Maximo with ACM 7.6.7.3
  2. Go to Item Master (CM) and create a rotating item or select
  one available
  3. Add default data to rotating item and DO NOT check the
  "Inspect on Receipt" checkbox, as it will be added to the PO
  later.
  4. Save the Item and assign CM item to it and activate it.
  5. Build item in the model using the CM Item in the model and
  Save.
  6. Go to Purchase Orders (CM) and create a PO with a PO line for
  
  this item.
  7. Set Receipt on Inspect checkbox to true. Approve the PO.
  8. Go to Receiving (CM) and receive the PO line on the PO. The
  status will chage to WINSP (Waiting for Inspection)
  9. Click on Change Inspection Status. Confirm the inspection for
  
  this PO line.
  The status will chage to WASSET (Waiting for Asset).
  10. Go to New Asset Assemblies - Receiving (CM). Select the PO
  and PO line. Create the asset and add an optional serial number
  123456 and change status to Active.
  11. In Receiving (CM) the transfer line (holding to storeroom
  location transfer) is not shown and the Receipts status is NONE.
  
  
  RESULTS:
  
  The problem is that this can be repeated over and
  over, without any limitation. New assets are created even if the
  
  PO had only 1 line, which is not correct. Also, the PO receiving
  
  is not completed and the Receipts status is NONE in Receiving
  (CM) application
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  Only one asset needs to be created and status Receipts to be set
  as
  COMPLETED in the Receiving (CM) application
